About liCount

How the project was born?

The Idea of KliCount started with board games. When I played board games I always thought: "I need a more convenient tool than a notebook is". I saw many counter applications already existed on Google store so I started using some. Later I began to use a spreadsheet to monitor my tobacco consumption but I always forgot to write every cigarette I smoke. I thus had the idea to create a counter that registers precisely when it was click and makes statistics with such data. I realized it could be used in many situations, personnal as well as professional such as storage management, monitoring health or to enhance sport performance.

Why is it free?

KliCount is entierly free and collects no data because I didn't create it in order to earn any money from it. I made this application to show my skills to potential clients (if your are intrested, please contact me at yvain.ferreira.dev@gmail ). I hope it will be popular and help people. As KliCount doesn't need connection nor account, it has no server and you can be sure that no data is collected. In addition, I personnaly use many free applications and softwares so I wanted to add my little contibution.
